\n5.2. The Client can select any of the following shipping methods:

\n7.5.3. Normal wear and tear of the product in the course of its products use.<\/p>\n\n
\n8.2. The Client is liable before NanoAsia.ee for any damage resulting from\nViolation by the Client of the conditions in accordance with the legal acts of\nEstonia.
\n8.3. Neither of the parties is liable before the other one for conditions\nViolat in the form of a delay or failure to comply with obligations in case\nThis was arch by force majeure circumstances independent from the parties.
\n8.4 NanoAsia.ee does not compensate for moral damage that may be arch by change\nOf, product delivery time etc in the framework of the current\nConditions.
\n8.5.NanoAsia.ee does not refund the Client’s expenses arch by circumstances\nWhen the client undertakes an obligation before third parties (independent from\nNanoAsia.ee) on conditions contradicting the current conditions.
\n8.6. NanoAsia.ee does not refund the Client for loss of opportunities arch by\nA change of delivery time,<\/p>\n\n
\n9.2. NanoAsia.ee reserved the right to send information about new merchandise\nand favorable offers to the client.
